At New Style Shoes, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

3-Day Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or faulty product, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Please contact us within 3 days and provide pictures or a video showing the issue.

• Once the issue is verified, we will arrange the return process.

• Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.

• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or do not have the original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund according to the condition of the product and the approved return request.

Note: Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
